Vana Belle, a Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui, has won an Excellence Award in four categories of the 2021 Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards, which are based on quality feedback from guests, rather than quantity of votes by a panel of judges or by the general public.
The awards to Vana Belle Samui are for Best All Suite Hotel on a Global Level, Best Luxury Boutique Hotel on a Global Level, Best Beach Hotel in Asia, and Best Honeymoon Hotel in Thailand.
The Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards were established in 2014 as an unbiased initiative to honour achievements from across the global hotel industry. Nominated hotels undergo an evaluation process in which detailed guest feedback from various online platforms is analysed, and a score is calculated.
The platforms used to compile guest feedback include TripAdvisor, Facebook, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, Agoda, Google+, Yelp.com, Laterooms.com, Orbitz, HolidayCheck, 4travel.jp, Tablethotels, Hotelchatter, Priceline.com, and AsiaRooms.
